What is Review Mint?

Review Mint is a monthly subscription service that allows businesses to collect customer reviews and respond to reviews. All in one easy dashboard.

Why use Review Mint?

Short Answer: SEO ( Search Engine Optimization which helps you get found online )

Long Answer: Search engines like Google, Safari, and more use reviews as a crucial metric to determine the validity of a business as a search result. The more reviews and responses to reviews, the more likely you are to appear towards the top of a search results page.

An estimated 90% of traffic flows into the top 3 results on any given search engine results page.

Many of our clients have climbed to the top 3 search results of Google within a month of gathering and responding to reviews.

Who uses Review Mint?

Any business that can be found on Google Maps, or provides an onsite service in a defined locale (area of service business).

How do I add another review source like Google, Facebook, or Yelp?

On the lefthand side of the dashboard click Settings>Integrations then import your profile.

Changing your Review Link

You may change your Review Link at any time under Review Link on the lefthand side of the dashboard.

CAUTION:

If you have set up tap cards (and QR codes) using your current link, those cards will no longer work if the link is changed. The cards (and QR codes) will have to be updated.

Why can I respond to some reviews and not others while on the app?

Review Mint connects to Google and Facebook via their OAuth technology which allows the app to respond as you. All other platforms have limited capabilities for authorization and require you to login via their website to respond to your reviews.

We may connect other OAuth capable websites in the future when they become available.

How do I share reviews to my social media accounts?

First, connect your Facebook account via Settings>Integrations

Second, set your brand colors and post text on Settings>Social Sharing

Lastly, return to your Reviews tab and find the review you want to share and click the Social Media icon on the bottom right side of the review card.

Will my tap card stop working?

If you discontinue your account your card will no longer work.

How do I upgrade my account?

Select the Billing button at the bottom lefthand side of the dashboard to be redirected to Stripe. On this page you will be able to upgrade your subscription.

How do I cancel my account?

Select the Billing button at the bottom lefthand side of the dashboard to be redirected to Stripe. On this page you will be able to cancel your subscription.
